JIMMY (Davisson-J 2021)

JIMMY is a bud-building 9" dark lavender bicolor with a diamond-dusted cantaloupe watermark and sepals. Sepals twist and quill and petals have fine gold edges that become more pronounced in cool weather. Scapes are 37" with ideal 4-way branching and 23 buds, and with abundant watering has rebloom scapes carrying an additional 14 buds. Lightly fragrant blooms start midseason. Hard dormant plant habit. Grows as very large fans that increase quickly. Inheriting its distinctive good looks from two fine parents, PRINCESS SYNDROME X ELEGANT GIRLS, it is also easily fertile both ways even when it is hot. Very limited. Large orders take priority. Tetraploid.
